When you email or call us, we keep the correspondence.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare your free assessment, provide services you’ve asked about, and understand which parts of our site are useful. That’s it. We don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our business email and stored there. Our website is hosted and our email is processed by service providers (currently Vercel, Resend and Google) whose infrastructure may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We use providers with standard security practices, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any services that follow, then delete them on request or when no longer needed.
